10 Twitch Streamers You Should Be Watching

Twitch is becoming a household name amongst many people - especially this year as we all
had to stay indoors due to lockdowns (and still do in many places), many gamers around the world turned to the free streaming service to start a new hobby in their spare time which helped them interact with others who share the same interests and make new friendships.

It's been over a year since I discovered the streaming service Twitch but it's only since May this year I've really started using it. Since then I've spoken to so many kind and talented people that are building close-knit communities with their viewers, as well as supporting fellow streamers through follows, subscriptions, and even things called raids. If you're new to the terminology don't fret, Creatoko has everything you need.

From a young age, I loved watching my brother play Grand Theft Auto, Formula 1, and even Tony Hawks Underground. (Now that takes me back) I was constantly asking questions and loved how the stories progressed which is why when I started gaming in my early teens I opted for Bratz, Sims and Animal Crossing for the old Nintendo DS which I've since dug out and have been replaying.

Whilst I stopped playing games my interest never faded and it's thanks to the streamers below that I've found a love of gaming where I can watch, interact and follow their progress, they stream a variety of games from Dead by Daylight, Red Dead Redemption and Call of Duty. (The one game I struggle to understand and often zone out when my boyfriend talks about it, I've picked up keywords like prison and apex but that's about it!)

Here are 10 Twitch Streamers You Should Be Watching.. in no particular biased order from 2-10! Because being in a relationship with number 1 might influence my decision.. abit! Click on their names to be brought to their twitch channels!

1) CptFishPaste - (Call of Duty, Dead by Daylight,)
From his really cute Jigglypuff/Lurkle the Turtle emotes right down to the Jigglypuff impressions, CptFishpaste loves supporting others so if you're watching him stay until the end as one of his favourite parts of a stream is raiding another when he's finished his gaming, that will not be hard though as the banter and jokes from him will make you want to stay.

2) DaniHerron17 - (The Sims 4)
Dani is so welcoming to everyone that comes into her stream, she touches base on alot of mental health topics if someone needs to chat and also allows you to enchance your viewing experience by redeeming reward points such as 'create a sim or pet for you and even a suggestion to build something'

3) Mkraz2 - (Fortnite, Raft)
I love MK! Actually one of the earlier streamers I started to watch and instantly knew I was going to keep coming back! She always makes sure everyone is good and enjoying her streams and literally the world around you disappears as you get lost in them! It was my boyfriend that introduced me to her streams and then MK that introduced me to another favourite streamer who is number 4...

4) The Batnut - (Marbles)
If you're looking for a fun, energetic and plain wild time look so further than The Batnut! I talk none stop about his streams. On a Monday night The Batnut offers you the chance to get involved and play some marbles. You also want to be there where someone subcribes or raids him!

5) ImaSquirrel93 - (Call of Duty)
Squirrel is down to earth, upbeat and and streams a variety of games from online poker to First Person Shooters like Call of Duty to MOBA. (Multiplayer oline battle arena) P.S I didn't write that last bit... my boyfriend did!

6) Basicwitgirl - (Red Dead Redemption, Skyrim)
Basicwitgirl's streams are so much fun! Not only does she have the cutest pooch but you can redeem points to give them a treat and even use them as a emote if you subscribe! I'm also a member of Basicwitgirls discord and everyone is so friendly!

7) Cruzngoggles - (Stream Raiders)
Cruz and goggles are so much fun together and always so welcoming. One thing I love about them both is their motivation and energy to build up their community and give back to those that need it. One thing they offer is a body swap reward which can be redeemed for 10,o00 points where they swap personalities for 5 minutes. This is not to be missed.

8) Weeping Leo - (Among Us)
If you're looking for a nice, welcoming and relaxing time look no further than Weeping Leo! Except when they're streaming Phasmophobia, because if you're like me you'll be hiding behind a pillow!

9) Geeknthepink - (Stardew Valley)
I always feel so positive after watching Geek as his streams are so much fun and give you an instant energy boost!

10) Deathman1000 - (Call of Duty)
If you want some banter with a little sarcasm at times then Deathman is your man! When he partners up and streams with Cptfishpaste their streams are so much fun as they have so much lighthearted fun.

Do you watch any the streamers mentioned? Do you watch twitch or enjoy gaming? Let me know below!

Wake up to Glitter Makeup with Jolie Beauty

*Gifted Product*

When Jolie Beauty recently contacted me about receiving their Bomb Dot Com glitter eyeshadow palette to review I knew it was a 100% yes without even thinking! Every item Jolie Beauty offers on their site is cruelty-free so I knew I could relax and enjoy their product at ease, not only that though Jolie Beauty also makes many vegan products from lipsticks, eyelashes, and eyeshadows all of which you should check out. One of those Vegan products is the palette I’m raving about below!

For so many years I've been looking for a glitter eyeshadow that gives my eyes a "pop”.  I've tried so many glitter palettes and dust pots over the years, was just about ready to give up when in walks the best makeup palette I’ve used in 2020. In my opinion! No joke.

I couldn’t wait to get it open when it arrived and the first colour I tried was the gold shade named Golden Ticket to make an Instagram Reel with. As you can see from the pictures the pigment is exactly how it looks on the palette and I couldn't believe how the overall effect remained in place after.

I really wanted to give this palette my all and test to see how long-lasting it was which is why I did my makeup and eyes as usual and then went about my day without topping it up I should add. The end result though surprised me so much I have to be honest my first thoughts were this would be perfect for nights out and would last even after dancing for many hours on the dancefloor especially with one shade called “Disco”.

When applying the eyeshadow I realised the best methods for application were using my finger or a stiff bristle brush, perfect for those not so keen on putting their fingers close to their eyes. I recommend having some makeup wipes and cotton buds handy also just to gently rid yourself of any loose glitter on your face.

The Bomb Dot Com Palette contains 24 shades and with its beautiful, sparkly, and elegant packaging, it is the perfect thing to display and admire on your makeup counter or space. Not only that - it comes with a matching glittery gold cardboard sleeve to help protect your product from scratches or even spillages. I've mine sitting pride of place on my beauty shelves and every morning I eye it with a smile on my face and contemplate what shade to use that day.

The Bomb Dot Com glitter eyeshadow palette will be the perfect item to help add a little glam to your Christmas 2020, with its glittery green, red, and gold you'll be spoilt for choice, even if you’re in the house this year with shades titled “ignite, crowned, showgirl and regal” you’ll feel on top of the world, especially as it's priced at £27.99 right now.

Thank you so much Jolie Beauty for the palette and restoring my faith that anyone can achieve a glitter eye.

What do you think of the palette? Do you like wearing glitter eyeshadow? Let me know below.

Receiving this item as a gift has not affected my opinion and my thoughts above are honest.
